New post EFCC Can’t Declare Anybody Wanted - Court A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory held that the EFCC lacks the powers to declare anybody wanted The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC will have the court to contend with when next it declares anyone wanted.  A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) on Friday held that the Commission lacks the powers to declare anybody wanted without first obtaining a court order. Justice Othman Musa said in a judgment yesterday that the EFCC could declare wanted anyone who fails to honour its invitation but the power could only be exercised after it has obtained a court order to that effect. Justice Musa’s judgment was on a fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by the Chief Executive Officer of AITEO Group, Benedict Peters. The missing Owasso child found

New post missing Owasso child An Amber Alert has been canceled after a missing Owasso child was found safe, officials with the Owasso Police Department confirmed. Police were searching for 9-year-old Arian Hinkle, who was believed to be with 34-year-old John Hinkle. She was taken at about 7 p.m. from 14316 E. 87 Street in Owasso. Police said John Hinkle is a known meth user. He was intoxicated at the time of the abduction and made threatening comment that they would not see the child alive again. The suspect was accompanied by 38-year-old Chrissy Berry and another unknown white male. The child stands 4 feet and weighs 65 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and gray sweat pants. Police said John Hinkle has been taken into custody and the child is in protective custody.

New post                Good Friday A good  Samaritan returned my money The good friday, the day he said "IT IS FINISHED"  I am really happy today it was a bit too hectic , worried and pretty at the end. I left home and went to the market on a taxi  to my clothing shop., after the day sales I closed at mid day and decided to  go for shopping in godson shopping  mall, it is a very busy place., I went to the store to purchase airtime, not knowing I mistakenly dropped, 1,500 bucks  before going to the next store to get vegetables, I was a bit confused and upset at the moment, I  searched my self over and over again  but found nothing . I looked around everywhere was very busy. But suddenly , a teenage guy called me, and asked if I am searching for  something, and I said yes he said  he picked some money up a 1500., I was speechless for a moment, and I said yes that's mine, I was really surprised and I asked my self,  do people like this  still exist.  I thanked him
