Crystal Palace Set to Move for £5million Newcastle Defender Ciaran Clark

CRYSTAL PALACE are preparing a move for Newcastle centre-back Ciaran Clark.
Roy Hodgson wants the 29-year-old to bolster his options in defence for next season and will now decide on whether to target a loan or permanent signing.

Clark has been targeted for his Premier League experience after playing regularly at Aston Villa before helping Newcastle earn promotion to the top-flight.
They could get around £5million for the Republic of Ireland international but a season-long loan is also an option.
Hodgson has two areas that he needs to address before the transfer deadline, with a right-back needed to replace Aaron Wan-Bissaka following his move to Manchester United.
But he also needs competition at centre-back after relying on Mamadou Sakho and James Tompkins last season.
Clark will be expected to provide cover and competition for Hodgson as he looks to build on last-season’s mid-table finish.
It will now be down to Steve Bruce to decide if he can afford to let Clark go for his first season at St James’ Park.
Premier League clubs have until August 8 to complete their business after deadline day was brought forward from the end of the month last year.

Soy Sauce Noodles With Cabbage and Fried Eggs Recipe

Soy Sauce Noodles With Cabbage and Fried Eggs Time: 30 minutes  Soy sauce noodles, a traditional Cantonese dish frequently eaten for breakfast or lunch at dim sum, are hearty enough to be served for dinner as well. Contrary to the traditional dish, which includes bean sprouts and frequently garlic chives, this recipe calls for cabbage because it has a nice textural crunch and plenty of scallions since they pack a strong flavor. Regular and dark soy sauce, or lăochu in Cantonese, are simply mixed together to make the soy sauce seasoning. It imparts the noodles' very rich color. Tamari also works nicely if black soy sauce is not an option. Although thin egg noodles are typically used in this recipe, any dry wheat noodles would work in a pinch. INGREDIENTS Yield: 4 servings FOR THE NOODLES Kosher salt 7 ounces dried (or 16 ounces fresh) thin egg noodles Neutral oil, such as vegetable or grapeseed 4 large eggs ½ small green cabbage (1½ pounds), core removed then thinly sliced 1 ...
