YouTuber Logan Paul, who caused outrage when he posted a video showing the body of a suicide victim, is to fight fellow vlogger KSI at Manchester Arena in August.
In a two-part deal, they also confirmed there will be a rematch at a still-to-be-decided US venue.
KSI's management company announced the bout on Twitter, saying: "It is done. #KSILogan."
Paul tweeted that he was "checking my bitcoin investments while training for the KSI fight. Going well so far on both fronts".
Both men have a huge online following: Paul has almost 17 million subscribers on YouTube, while KSI has more than 18 million.
Paul, who was born in Ohio but now lives in Los Angeles, has experience in wrestling but not boxing.
KSI, from Watford, has been training with Floyd Mayweather's trainer - and father - Floyd Mayweather Sr.
The 24-year-old fought another YouTuber, Joe Weller, at London's Copper Box Arena last month, with tens of millions of people tuning in.
Paul, 22, is trying to rebuild his reputation after apologising at the beginning of the year for posting a video titled: 'We found a dead body in the Japanese suicide forest'.
