Do you Need A visa To Visit Kenya

Kenya has announced the removal of visa requirements for all visitors, starting in January.

President William Ruto stated that a digital platform has been developed to provide electronic travel authorization, eliminating the need for a visa. This decision is part of Kenya's efforts to promote tourism and facilitate easier travel for visitors. The move is also in line with the country's plan to end all visa requirements for visitors from other African countries by 2024

This significant change in visa policy is expected to have a positive impact on tourism and travel to Kenya. It reflects the country's commitment to enhancing its openness and accessibility to visitors from around the world, particularly from the African continent. The removal of visa requirements is likely to contribute to the growth of the tourism sector and strengthen Kenya's position as a key destination for travelers. The new policy aligns with President Ruto's vision of promoting visa-free travel, and it is a clear demonstration of Kenya's dedication to fostering closer ties with African nations and promoting regional integration. By removing barriers to entry, Kenya aims to encourage greater cultural exchange, trade, and collaboration among African countries.
.This development is also expected to simplify the travel process for many visitors, as they will no longer need to go through the traditional visa application process. Instead, they will be able to obtain electronic travel authorization through the newly established digital platform, streamlining the entry process and making it more convenient for travelers.
.In conclusion, Kenya's decision to remove visa requirements for all visitors, coupled with its plans to end visa requirements for visitors from other African countries, represents a significant step towards promoting easier and more open travel to the country. This move is expected to have far-reaching benefits for the tourism sector and contribute to strengthening regional ties within Africa

US, South Korea set to revise bilateral missile treaty

US, South Korea set to revise bilateral missile treaty By  Laura Smith-Spark , North Korea to US (CNN) South Korean President Moon Jae-in and President Donald Trump have agreed "in principle" to revise a bilateral treaty that limits the weight and range of the South's ballistic missiles. The move could give South Korea more independence from the United States to react to the threat from North Korea, analysts say. The two leaders spoke in a phone call Friday. "President Moon and President Trump reaffirmed their view that it is important to apply maximum sanctions and pressure on North Korea so that it refrains from making provocations and comes out to the dialogue table to peacefully resolve its nuclear issue," presidential   spokesman Park Soo-hyun said in a written statement. According to the statement, the two also agreed "in principle on the revision of ...

South Korea holds live fire drills

South Korea holds live-fire drills that simulate destroying North Korea's leadership "The reason they want it, I think, is they want to be able to either respond to North Korean provocation or they want North Korea to be aware that they have the capability to respond if North Korea goes too far," said Schuster, now a Hawaii Pacific University professor. "To an extent it's as much a political as an operational development that's important to South Korean self-confidence." Moon has sought to be "more accommodating" to North Korea than his predecessor and looked for nonmilitary ways to resolve the situation, Schuster said, but the North's recent actions have undermined public confidence in his policies. They have also alarmed South Korea's allies in the region and around the world. The United States responded this week to a series of missiles launches by North Korea -- one of them over Japan -- by staging a mock...
